EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE MEETING 

a. The Executive committee shall meet at least once in every six months to consider such matter as are necessary for the efficient working of the Confederation. 

b. The General Secretary may on the directions of the President or on the written request of one third members of the Executive Committee specifying the purpose, convene a meeting of the Executive Committee for considering the matter specified or any matter relating to the Confederation. 

c. The quorum for the meeting of the Executive Committee shall be 50%+1 member of the total members of the Executive Committee. 

d. All matters before the Executive Committee shall be decided by a majority of votes of the Members present and voting. In case of equal votes, the President shall have a casting vote. 

e. The General Secretary shall prepare the minutes of the Meeting of the Executive Committee and it shall be read out and passed at the next meeting. 

f. The Executive Committee shall have power to decide urgent matters by circulating among the members provided the decisions shall be on the basis of the majority view.

ANNUAL GENERAL BODY MEETING 

The General Secretary shall convene the Annual General Body Meeting to 

a. Consider the Annual Report of the working of the Confederation. 

b. Consider and pass the Annual Statement of accounts of the Confederation and the auditor’s report thereon. 

c. Pass the budget estimate for the ensuing year. 

d. Consider resolutions which are necessary for attaining the objectives of the Confederation. However, if the Executive Committee so desires, in addition to the Annual GB meeting, more GB meetings may be convened. 

EXTRA ORDINARY GENERAL BODY MEETING ON REQUISITION

The General Secretary shall in consultation with the President on requisition signed by at least 1/3rd members of the General Body of the Confederation, specifying the subject for consideration, convene an extra-ordinary General Body Meeting of the Confederation, within two weeks of the receipt of such a requisition. Decisions in such meetings shall be taken by a 2/3 majority of the Sahodayas present and voting. 

REPEAL AND AMENDMENTS

The rules and bye laws of the Confederation can be repealed, amended, changed or any provision enacted in/to the bye-Laws in the General Body meeting, provided such change has a 2/3 majority of the total number of Sahodayas present and voting. 

CESSATION OF MEMBERSHIP

A Sahodaya will cease to be a member of the Confederation if it is found to be working against the interest and principles of the Confederation, and also against the norms laid down by the Confederation / CBSE. 

WINDING UP OF ORGANIZATION

 In the event of dissolution of Confederation by 2/3 rd majority decision of the general body,the property both movable and immovable and all assets shall be transferred in to similar organizations working effectively in the state of Kerala And no part of it shall be distributed among its members in the name of profit or share.
