A.GENERAL BODY

The General Body of the CONFEDERATION shall consist of the President, Secretary and Treasurer of each member –Sahodaya, as well as the Executive Committee, principal- office bearers and ex officio members of the Confederation, all of whom shall be the principals of CBSE affiliated schools. Whenever a President/ Secretary/Treasurer is newly elected to a Sahodaya, a written communication in this regard must be sent to the Confederation with in a period of two weeks of the election. On occasion of election/ voting etc. each Sahodaya will be entitled to ONE vote only. 

B.EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE

Each Sahodaya shall nominate one of its members from the General body of the Confederation, to the EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE of the Confederation. These nominated members shall be principals of affiliated schools. The immediate past president, General Secretary and the Treasurer of the Confederation shall be members of the Executive Committee of the Confederation as long as they continue to be principals of affiliated schools. Once a member is nominated to the EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE, he/she will enjoy his/her tenure as long as the said committee remains in power, provided he / she continues to be the Principal of an affiliated school. However, an Executive Committee member of the Confederation shall automatically cease to hold his post in the Confederation when he/she is no longer a principal/ an executive member of a Sahodaya. 

C. PRINCIPAL OFFICE BEARERS

There shall be the President, Two Vice Presidents, the General Secretary, two Joint Secretaries and the Treasurer. They shall be known as the Principal Office bearers of the Confederation.

ELECTION OF PRINCIPAL OFFICE BEARERS

The Principal Office bearers shall be elected by the EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE

Any member nominated / elected to the post of a principal office bearer shall have served the Confederation for a minimum period of one year in the capacity of an executive member. The President/ General Secretary/ Treasurer of the Confederation shall relinquish all the positions/portfolios in the concerned Sahodaya on election to the said post. The tenure of the principal office bearers and the Executive Committee members shall be two years.
