This restructured edition of the Guidelines, Criteria and Instructions for Conducting School Level, Sahodaya Level and State Level Kalotsavam is released for implementation from the Academic Year 2026–27 onwards with the objective of ensuring greater clarity, uniformity and effective conduct of all events. All participating schools, Sahodaya Complexes, conveners, coordinators, judges, volunteers, and officials are requested to study the manual carefully before planning and conducting competitions, as certain guidelines, eligibility conditions, evaluation criteria, procedural requirements, and administrative instructions have been revised, clarified, consolidated, or newly incorporated.
